My name is Aleksandra Degernes and I am the founder of MyProgress, LLC.
We are a Consulting Agency with a conscious mission of providing accessible and equitable work opportunities for immigrant communities in the U.S.
We provide Recruitment services as well as Training & Development services. We not only work with companies that hire but are actively involved with community development work. We provide Career Development seminars on various subjects, such as Cultural Business Aspects, Self-Assessment, Strategy of Searching for a Job, Rules of Networking, Resume Writing, Cover Letter Writing, and Preparation for an Interview.
I find joy in helping people to overcome the employment and professional development challenges in this country. My mission is to build more accessible and equitable work opportunities for the most hardworking population in the U.S.
